Built by people who lived the reply-speed problem
Two sales operators who spent years watching qualified leads go cold before anyone could reply. We built the tool we kept wishing existed.
Reply speed is not a workflow problem. It is a staffing problem we solved with AI.
Gaurav spent years building B2B SaaS sales workflows and go-to-market processes from inside sales leadership roles. The trigger for RevReply was a Friday afternoon: 11 open leads, one rep on a call, the rest stuck in reviews. Three of those leads emailed competitors while the queue sat idle.
Priya had been building NLP pipelines and email classification systems, spending years on production text-generation infrastructure for communication products. She saw the same pattern from the engineering side: the gap was never the technology. It was the operational plumbing connecting a lead's email to a rep's response.
They started RevReply in January 2023 in Denver. The first paying pilot shipped in August 2023. Angel funding followed in September 2025.
The team
Years building B2B SaaS sales workflows and go-to-market tooling across inside sales and leadership roles. Gaurav understands the rep-side problem from the inside and leads product direction and customer success at RevReply.
Background in NLP pipelines and email classification systems, with years spent building production text-generation infrastructure for communication tools. Priya designed RevReply's voice-training pipeline and the objection-handling engine that powers the core product.
How we operate
A reply that ships in two minutes beats a polished reply that ships in two hours. We optimize for the moment a lead is still paying attention.
Generic AI copy is easy to spot and easy to delete. We will not ship a reply our customers would be embarrassed to claim. Voice fidelity is the whole product.
RevReply flags anything outside its confidence range rather than guessing. Reps stay in control of conversations that need a human touch. No silent failures.
